Shawn authored Using Quality Feedback to Guide Professional Learning: A Framework for Instructional Leaders and consults for the Center for Authentic PLCs .  As a high school dropout, Shawn knows the meaning of not having a quality education. She currently serves as a Transformation Coach for the South Carolina Department of Education.

 

Brady Venables is a district Technology Integration Specialist for Richland Two. Her interest in transformational teaching with technology started in her career as a biology teacher in a Title I school and has grown into a passion in her current role supporting school based technology and learning coaches.
