2015 is Corwin’s 25th Anniversary!
Corwin was founded as a publisher in professional development for educational leadership. Very quickly, we expanded to include books in all areas of professional development: equity, diversity, PD, literacy, STEM, leadership, and educational technology. In 2012, we diversified our offerings again to include a flourishing consulting program, our very own institutes, and digital products like eCourses and eLibraries. We are now the premier full-service provider of professional learning.
In 25 years, Corwin has not lost its focus on what has always been our mission: to help educators do their important work better.
We’ll be celebrating throughout the year with a variety of events, articles, promotions, and blog posts, so be on the lookout for fun information and ways to participate! If you haven’t already, be sure to subscribe to our newsletter so you can stay updated.
In addition, we are always accepting guest posts for Corwin Connect—whether or not you’re a Corwin author. If you’re interested in submitting a post, check out our Submissions page and be sure to take a look at the 2015 themes.
This month, we have a full line-up of posts, with articles from Corwin legacy authors Joseph Murphy and Elaine Wilmore, our STEM authors, and the authors of the next books in the Corwin Connected Educators Series.
We’re looking forward to starting off this new year with you! Cheers to a great 2015!
Best wishes,
Ariel Bartlett, Associate Editor
